Scope: The project consists of 108 units and will include three inpatient wings with
36 residential treatment beds & 18 inpatient detox beds, 36 mental health treatment beds, and 18 eating disorder treatment beds.
$27 million loan
Purpose: Major renovation of three existing university properties in Northeast Washington, D.C. Acquisition of additional units nearby to accommodate additional students and administrative staff.
Scope: Accredited private non-profit university awards bachelor's and master's degrees with an emphasis on affordability. Specializes in serving English language learners.
$4.8 million in two loans
Purpose: Finance renovation and 4,000 square foot expansion of The Festival Center in Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The center is a hub for mission-driven organizations that serve low-income, inner-city communities.
Scope: Includes $2.2 million Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) loan, which follows Department of Energy guidelines on financing energy improvements. Improvements expected to reduce energy costs by 45% to 50%.
